OUR BUILDING AREA As a custom building company, we feel most fortunate with our opportunity to market what we believe to be one of the most elegant areas in all of South Carolina. The South Strand encompasses the beautiful communities of Pawleys Island, Litchfield Beach, Murrells Inlet and Georgetown located at the southernmost tip of the Grand Strand.
The miles of unspoiled, wide, white sandy
beaches of Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach are located 25 miles south of
Myrtle Beach and 70 miles north of Charleston. These exceptionally peaceful
beach communities are bordered to the east by the magnificent Atlantic Ocean
and to the west by the Intracoastal Waterway along the Waccamaw River. Murrells
Inlet, known as the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, lies just north of
Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach.
Furthermore, the South Strand prides itself on the
fact that its land is abundant with beautifully landscaped golf courses. Many
of these golf courses have been professionally designed by renowned designers
such as Jack Nicklaus, Pete Dye, Tom Fazio and Greg Norman to name a few.
